There is still time to provide feedback on the draft units of competency, skill sets and qualifications for the Retail Baking Review Project. The draft documents are available on the Skills Impact website for broad stakeholder consultation. Please provide us with your feedback before Monday the 8th of May.
The draft units, qualifications and skill sets have been available for feedback since 11 April. Thank you to those who have provided their feedback as it helps to inform the work on the final draft documents, which will be available for industry validation in mid-June.
This project aims to review and align existing retail baking units, skills sets and qualifications from the FDF10 Food Processing Training Package, to industry defined occupational standards.
