Thank you to everyone who has provided input into the Meat Processing, General, Quality and Safety Skills Project to update core skills across the meat processing industry. Feedback received during the validation stage of the project is now being processed and used to inform further updates to the drafts, before they move into the finalisation stage.
Qualifications, skill sets and units have been revised and streamlined, to support skills in meat safety, quality assurance, and leadership.
