How to provide feedback - new feedback hub!

We have launched a new feedback hub to make it easier for you to provide feedback and to facilitate greater transparency around stakeholder feedback. With this new tool you will be able to login and make comments on the draft documents directly, as well as respond to other people’s comments. Any comments or feedback you make will remain anonymous to other users. Each user will be assigned a unique ID number. Only Skills Impact internal staff will be able to identify users against their unique IDs. This is so we can ensure the authenticity of comments and feedback and to follow-up with further engagement where required. A summary of all feedback and comments will be published at various stages of the project, to demonstrate feedback received and the responses taken. Your name will not be published against the comments, instead they will be documented against your state and organisation type (i.e. industry business, industry association, state government department, registered training organisation). To provide feedback using the new feedback hub, please follow these steps:

• Find and view the draft document(s) you would like to review by clicking on the expandable document menus below.
• Click the 'view and provide feedback' link next to the relevant qualification, skill set or unit you would like to view and comment on.
• You will be asked to register or login (this is a free account), please follow the prompts
• Once logged in, you will be able to post feedback directly on the document.
• Download user instructions

Of course there is always the option to email us your feedback if you prefer. You can attach the unit, skill set, or qualification with your track changes as feedback, or to provide general comments about the drafts. There is a link at the bottom of each document group where you can download the Microsoft Word versions of the documents.
